If you're dropping off, please include the device type and any known issues in the notes.
If you're picking up, please ensure any outstanding balance is settled prior to arrival unless otherwise arranged.

Please include your address, a brief description of the issue, and any access instructions (e.g., gate codes, parking info) in the notes field.

Schedule a live remote support session for help with your computer, software, email, network, or other technical issues. We’ll securely connect via screen sharing to diagnose and resolve problems in real-time.

Please be at your computer at the scheduled time and ensure you have a stable internet connection. Include a brief description of the issue when booking so we can prepare in advance.

Schedule a time to drop off or pick up your VHS tapes for digital conversion. We’ll transfer your footage to high-quality digital formats, perfect for preserving memories or sharing with family.

If dropping off:

• Please label your tapes clearly
• Include any special instructions (e.g., trimming, separate files, etc.)

If picking up:

• We’ll have your USB, DVD, or cloud link ready
